The following list contains my biggest research interest:
- Research interests: ontologies, re-use of ontologies and knowledge, knowledge representation systems, standardization, ontology building processes, context-awareness, semantic-based context modelling, epistemology.
- Teaching interests: Intelligent Systems, Knowledge Management, Research Methods. Final year supervision, PhD Supervision.
However, doing research also implies doing some (too much in my opinion) management. In the last years, I have had to deal with teams of work, with different kinds of people and I have become interested in the following management issues:
- Management methodologies, leadership, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, personality management, people management, talent management, strategy management, business development, internationalization
